RETURNS

Any refunds or exchanges will only be made once we have received the original purchase back.

1. Items Returned due to incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

2. items that are returned as write below must be returned within  2  weeks outside THAILAND other wise we will only exchange

Once an order has been received please check they fit. If they do not please return to us and they will be exchanged for the new size. '
!!!RETURN POSTAGE COST MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURN ITEM!!!.

3. Items returned due to fault

Any faulty items must be reported to modshopping@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. An exchange or a full refund will be available.

DELIVERIES

please allow 7 working days for orders to be dispatched.

Orders will be sent by DHL express, this takes between 3 - 4 working days.

If your item is out of stock at time of ordering it can take up to 14 working days for products to come back in. You will be contacted if your item is out of stock.


We will not be hold responsible for the item or items sent to you on standard postal cost,(we do keep copy's of postal receipt.) we will do our up most to help you find your items but we will not refund or send out another items WE DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU PAYING THE EXTRA. For your own protection, we suggest you pay for a secure delivery method, one which requires a signature upon delivery.
